On March 28, we hosted a Client Appreciation Party in celebration of bodybar’s third anniversary. Clients and instructors gathered at the Dallas studio, chatted over Skinny Girl cocktails and delicious food from Villa-O. lululemon Knox Street hosted an in-studio trunk show featuring a collection of new pieces. Guests purchased raffle tickets to benefit The Elisa Project, an organization that educates adolescents about eating disorders prevention. The list of lucky raffle winners (and their phenomenal winnings!) is listed on our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages.
I look forward to this event each year – both as a client and now as an instructor – because of the relationships that develop from it. Due to our busy lives and also bodybar’s compact class schedule, it can be difficult to get to know everyone you see on the reformers day in and day out. This party is always such a fun opportunity to put names with faces, find similarities (let’s be real, bodybar members tend to have a lot in common!) and develop friendships.
One of the most rewarding parts of teaching is building relationships with clients. We are as encouraged by you as you are by us! I’ve taught at and been a client of many fitness studios. I can say with confidence that one of the primary things setting bodybar apart from other studios is how much the instructors care about clients – and each other. Three years of bodybar Studios’ success can be attributed to the BEST team of instructors, staff and clients. A team that is balanced, athletic, and real.
We love you, and hope you can join us next time! In the meantime, let us know how you think we’re doing.
