OUR TRAINING PHILOSOPHY:
BODYBAR’s workouts are designed around the proven principles of high intensity training.

Pick up the pace with BODYBAR Bootcamp! This high intensity workout will test your strength and stamina as you are led through intervals of strength training coupled with Tabata-style cardio exercises to optimize your workout. bodybar Bootcamp varies each week and may use the Cardio Chair, Jumpboard, or our NEW BOSU BALLS! Imagine bodybar Express with more EQUIPMENT, more CARDIO, and more SWEAT to completely fatigue those muscles and change your body. Don’t worry, with the extra time, we’ll still let you cool down and stretch at the end! Tennis shoes required!
*Pre-requistie: 1-2 Reformer or Reformer Jump! classes. (60-minutes)
