Summer

Summer is a native of Fort Worth, which has always had a love for playing sports and fitness. She enjoys cycling, Crossfit, weight lifting, and of course, getting the BODYBAR burn! With a Degree in Exercise Science from UTA and as Licensed Massage Therapist she was drawn to the benefit of Pilates for therapeutic movements. One of the things she is most impressed with, is how BODYBAR has improved other aspects of her fitness. “Not only do I get a great workout from doing BODYBAR. When I work out with weights, I am much stronger due to my improved strength and organization my abdominal muscles and low back. I have to admit my posture has improved too!”
