Chelsea is a Fort Worth area native with a passion for sports and fitness. She grew up playing sports and went on to play Division 1 soccer at Texas Christian University. It was then that she fell in love with Pilates while recovering from a knee injury. She loves the low impact Pilates offers as well as strengthening her core. The benefits she has personally experienced are increased strength, leaner muscles, a stronger core and a better posture. She has an exercise science degree from UTA and is a strong advocate for living a healthy, balanced and active lifestyle. Her favorite part about BODYBAR is the style of the workout that pushes you past what you thought you could do and the community around it. Helping women feel confident and strong in their own bodies is her goal. She enjoys running, wakeboarding, snowboarding, yoga, playing any type of sport and of course Pilates, especially that BODYBAR burn.
